Finished tuning my HC this past weekend.
Stock exhaust
Stock intake and spacer (spacer tapered a tad to smooth airflow out of larger diameter carb into smaller diameter spacer)
Airbox removed... running cheap pod filter
VM22 carb
#100 main jet
stock pilot jet
A/F screw at 1 turn out
Throttle needle lowered - raised c-clip to top notch - still has stock washer under the needle clip
2200ft elevation
runs great... full rpm... max 55mph indicated with my #210butt on it. Starts quick... great throttle response. I'm calling this one tuned.
