Konker 200 fork seals ....

... any idea where I can get USD fork seals for the Konker KSM 200 (the Q Link copy of the DR200?) in Canada?

Anybody else beside Visionary Motorsport?

I bought a pair right off the Q Link website. I neevr used them and gave them to the guy i sold my Q to. Wish I had them for you but they were cheap, IIRC.

Are these USD forks so special that they require only OEM seals?

No.

Seals are seals. If removed they can be matched up with an OEM part from somewhere. I just like having the new part on hand before I remove the old part and disable the bike.

I don't think they ship parts to Canada... At least I think that's what McKonker was saying when his fork leg cracked. He had to get someone in the States to buy it for him and then ship it up here. Kind of a PITA to get parts once Konker folded up.

Doesn't hurt to try. They may be more willing with something as small as fork seals.

If you pull down the dust seals you can accurately measure them. Sometimes the measurements from the dust seals will also tell you the measurements for the matching oil seals. Once you know these measurements, you can find Japanese bikes which use the same size oil seals. Then you can order oil seals for the appropriate Japanese motorcycle. This is the method I used to determine the correct oil seals and dust wipers for the forks on my Zongshen 200GY-2.

Apparently they're similar to Ducati seals.

Not, of course, that the local dealer has any of them in stock.
