WANTED: water cooled 300cc cruiser

there are a couple diff ones, but the motor is a side by side 270cc water cooled (this is a copy of a ninja 250 motor i think)...

thre was a place in California selling them but the have a sold out....note, there are some versions that are 233cc, but Id like the larger one....pictured here:
