water cooled to air cooled

I have a 200cc watercooled kinroad was woundering if any one has tried converting one to air cooled. Thanks for any help.

Why?
It is a CG250 water cooled engine?
Don't know why you would want to do it but you could replace the engine with a air cooled CG250.

You can swap to an aircooled engine. The mounts I believe are the same. Just remove the radiator and associated bits.

You might be able to swap an air cooled cylinder, piston and head on to the existing bottom end, and if so you can jump to 223 or 230.

And find some way to remove/disable the water pump.

I have to replace the piston and cylinder was woundering if any one here had tried the air cooled cylnder on the water cooled bottom end

Do you have some pictures? Weld would probably be able to tell you if an air cooled top end will fit with some pictures and a few measurements.

You can also amuse yourself for hours by typing CG200 into www.taobao.com . Use Google Chrome, and allow it to translate for you. The prices are all in Yuan, which is referred to as CNY. Once you find an item that you're interested in, just ask Google to convert to USD.

250 motor

I think you would be better off selling the motor and buying something else.. I know you like projects.. do you just want more power??
