Hey Mick,
The following got me through assembly with a few spares remaining. (eight) M6 x 12mm flange-head bolts (1.0 thread) (four) M6 x 16mm flange-head bolts (1.0 thread) (four) M6 x 1.0 thread self-locking nuts (four) M8 x 1.25 thread self-locking nuts (used two of these for chain adjusters) (one) M6 x 1.0 tap (I needed to chase a couple threads) Copper based anti-seize lubricant (Loctite C5-A) for sparkplug threads. (and anything else that didn't get blue thread sealant/lock or grease) Blue thread sealant/lock...

Congrats on the bike. Plan on a few hours assembling it, and have sombody beefy there to hold up the rear end while you put the swingarm bolt in. These are great cheap bikes, you won't regret it.
