xr7o dual sport engine fix

Im going to fix the 70cc motor so I have more cash to modify the xr70. I pulled the side cover off and the kickstart shaft splines are worn off.I think this is why it wont t turn it over. I have to pull it out .I seen this motor was ran low on oil because it was black when I dumped it out. I need to get it to run or part it to make money to buy a motor for the xr70.
