Glad you are getting it figured out and hope the changes improve performnce. Not sure on top speed because I really havent checked but that does sound low. I do believe other Tao models in the same class come with a 15T so that might of added to the confusion.

Just an fyi i just took mine out real quick on my street and winding out 3 got me to 35 so id say 4 would get me close to 45 this with stock gearing.
