The sale price was $949.00 and like $147.00 for shipping so if you live closer and are able to pick it up it would be possible to get one under $1000.
I picked the Hawk up last night at the shippers dock and loaded it in my van. I Noticed the package had a been hit on one side and bent the packaging frame in about 3 inches. When I got home I unloaded it and opened up the carton, seemed like the metal frame did it's job the vertical rail was bent but the bike seems to be ok. Luckily this was likely the only corner that could sustain a hit and not damage the contents, this was the corner that had the front wheel tied to it. It looks like the pressure on the wheel also bent the middle support rail of the package frame. I think everything will be fine now I just need to put this thing together! Tom |
