Hard time deciding, Am I missing something ?

Well I got paid Friday and was going to order me a hawk then..................
I saw the posts about the enforcer. and then I came across the BROZZ

Am I missing something ?

The Brozz has
17/47 sprockets
better carb
better battery
Led lights
Digital cluster
Remote start

Basically everything on the hawk I would upgrade.
the only draw back I see is smaller tires 19/17 is stead of 21/18

The rear brake is drum, but for some (me included who have dealt with Chinese enduros with disc brakes) this is a good thing.

If you were set for the Hawk I'd say go for the Enforcer, it is exactly the same as the Hawk, except it can be easily registered (I haven't done that yet so I can't speak from experience) but the hawk was blacklisted by the DMV on a federal level according to Don from APSC which is why he sold me an Enforcer even though I originally ordered a Hawk. And the Enforcer comes with that upgraded sprocket ratio, and a better looking handle bar, better carb, doesn't have the led lights but that can be easily upgraded.
The Brozz from what I hear is an excellent bike but it has those drawbacks such as wheel size, drum brake, and that it costs a fair bit more, if you can even find somewhere that has it.

I would like to see "Don from APSC" post that the Hawk was black listed on the federal level on this website and show proof. If he is a member here I have never seen him make a post like Adam from RPS and Joe from CSM.

He is a dealer that will say anything to get you to buy.

I agree it is one of the reasons I went with the Brozz I liked the rear drum.

This model year Brozz has the 21/18" wheels. No brainer get the Brozz!

I would call and make sure about the wheel size but other then that its Brozz all the way.

I did see that last night However I am wondering if it is just a typo. All the other ones ive seen don't say 21/18.

Is that confirmed has anyone here gotten one from them with 21/18 ?

Yes that is quite a temptation, investing $35,000.00 dollars in a container load of motorcycles, then trying to sell them. If I was a dealer, selling Hawks, I'd be very tired of people calling me about problems registering motorcycles. So, as a dealer, I'd be happier selling Enforcers, which, hopefully will have no problems being 49 state registerable. Whether it's as good a motorcycle as the Hawk is, is yet to be determined......ARH

Don said he was able to sell his stock of hawks to an off road only dealer, he kinda went on a rant to me about how mad he was at the haosan for not going through with the proper DVM paperwork that would allow it to be registered in the 2017 year. That's why he completely ditched them for Bashan who actually take care of their side of things. He said he didn't want to sell the hawk anymore becuase he didn't want anyone to get stuck with something they can't register. That's why he upgraded my order to the Enforcer from the hawk. From what I can see it is the same bike as the hawk on the frame and plastics, just those few upgraded parts. There's a guy with a hawk in my town, I'll have to hunt him down some time and compare the hawk and enforcer in person

Power Ride Outlet seems to be in limbo--someone on a Brozz report (was it you?) chimed in that they have not answered emails or returned phone calls. I would be hesitant to try to order anything from them if I was you, assuming they let you run a credit card!

Don giving you Bullshit, the Hawk is not blacklisted it's just not listed. The Rickypowersports Hawk is a Dirt Bike! You need a bike that is NHTSA certified with a FMVSS Sticker to be listed.

If I was in charge of dealer development at Rickypowersports and Don is saying that to customers and changing orders, APSC would not be selling anything from RPS.
