Sry about the cosmetic damage, thankfully it's something a little high-temp paint can make go away. At least it's the right friggin color LOL

It has gotten cold again and the garage is unheated so I do not know when I will get to start working on it.

Pics to come soon
I'm very much looking forward to the pics!

Also, I would love to be a fly on the wall at these terminals and see what really goes down. My brother went to pick up an elusive Green Enforcer today at a Texas Terminal, and he ended up refusing delivery of it.

The box was "crinkled". A guy at the terminal took it upon himself to start tearing down the cardboard. Turns out the metal crate frame around the bike was bent and broken on the top in several places. This bike box must have either fallen a good distance or had some large object fall on top of it. Either way, not good.

Since the metal crate frame was broken, it also rubbed on the bike, causing cosmetic damage. He refused delivery and now has to deal with getting a refund from Don at APSCUSA.

THAT sucks. But, if he ends up finding an orange bike, maybe we can swing a deal on plastic? 😉🤣

Workers are probably hungover or still drunk from previous night. Imaging how perfect they would be if they were responsible for the cost of damages to the merchandise?

I was night and day supervisor For a 24/7 grocery store and I have seen it all. People do crazy things when they don't want to work or have more important things to do.

The olive oil guy is my favorite. He pull the case open and started dropping the bottles but I was standing behind him... He was looking for a clean up job and not lifting freight.

Pics of the Brozz the Good and Bad

Here they are the damage to the cover on the right side was the least of the issue.
The Left side also was damaged and not something easily hidden. The Plastic cover has been broken

I have filed a claim they seemed very responsive on getting me the info to do so we will see. I had accepted the bike but had noted there was damage when I signed for it on the shipping form. Maybe I should have declined it?

Seems like that box suffered a pretty hard blow. It's probably only cosmetic.

Have you talked to the seller? Are they going to replace the plastic?

I have filled a claim with Superior Motor Sports the person I talked to implied that I would be getting replacement parts but we will see

Guess we will see how good Superior's after the sale service is. They've got to send me a right mirror since I got two left ones. A minor issue compared to yours, but still an annoying one.

Good luck. I'll be curious to see how this turns out. When I dealt with SPS, their sales, shipping and pwk was spot on. The damaged plastic I put in a claim on (after pics and filling out the claim forms and faxing to the right places) was denied. "We don't warranty plastic parts". Seriously.....
Better luck to you.

Did you note damages on the shipping invoice?

I hope they take care of it otherwise I do not know what I can do to make it look better or to get a replacement part myself.

I wonder if I can get anywhere with my credit card company?
