Unfortunately, I had to dump a ton of my pics from here because my folder was full....but I was able to dig one up.

Here's a quote from Mrs. 2LZ TT250 thread.
"I unboxed the Mikuni and it was the usual, nicely done carb that I've received in the past. I installed the jetting I'm starting with (25/110) and set the screw at an even two turns out just for reference....then mounted it on the TT."

I also have a 30/115 set but haven't had to use them.

I still have the 25/110 in it and it runs awesome....but I'm at 3000', with the same air filter and the exhaust everyone here is running. Also, set the needle clip at the fourth notch down. (lifting the needle slightly).

I didn't read back thru the whole thread but have you adjusted the valves yet?
Intake .05mm
Exhaust .08mm
Ice cold, overnight.

Also, compared to the stock pile of crap, you're going to love that chain. :-)

Thanks for the info on the carb.

No I have not adjusted the values yet. I was trying to decide if I wanted to do it before the first fire up or not. But I will be adjusting them.

I have to research how to do it a bit more I read something about marks on the flywheel I believe it was a T and F?

Got a link or a quick step by step for me?

Regarding the front forks I seem to recall that you changed the oil in yours and used 230 ml in each fork?

I think 230 would work fine. I used 220 but I will put in 230 next time I change my fork oil.

My valves were tight from the factory. Definitely check them at least before your first start up. The owners manual has the procedure on how to do it.

That is a REALLY nice thing for them to add to the manual. :-) I've not seen any of my CG motors come adjusted properly. All have been very tight.

Inverted forks: I run 320cc's in both the TT250 and Q. I poured 320 out of the TT250 forks when I tore it apart. It firms them up nicely and improved the action. Fluid level adjusts the air pocket size more than actual dampening action, so if you don't have enough fluid, the "air spring" will compress more.

Little help needed. I want to change the oil in the forks and I can not get the caps loose on the top of the forks how fing tight are these suppose to be.

In a manual I see 16ft lbs Well I have been trying to get em loose and I think I am going to need a impact wrench.

Any helpful advice?

Another question regarding axle bolts. I have read the front is suppose to be installed so the nut is on the left side as you are sitting on the bike.

Does the same hold true for the back reason I am asking the Manual for a Honda XL 125 shows the back installed with the nut on the opposite side.
This is how it came from the factory.

BTW the Brozz has a 46 tooth rear sprocket.

Got more done today.
Changed the oil in the forks I only got around 230 cc out of each of them so that is what I put back in. Does this sound right? I used Valvoline Synthetic Dex/Merc Mercon ATF OK?

Adjusted the valves man both of them were real tight. Set to .05 and .08

Changed the Oil used Rotella 15-40 Heavy Duty Diesel Dino oil.

Bleed Brakes got all new DOT 4 fluid in there.

Took it for a test spin up and down the street...... then it started to rain.

Pictures when it is nice out again.

I got right at 225/230 ml in mine as well so I'd say that's probably right.

Unless the Brozz forks are much thinner or shorter, I've always put 320ml in my USD forks. How long did you drain them for????
May just be a different design?

I let them drain until nothing else came out tied them to a rafter to let them drain.

I did not take them all apart I just took the top off and pulled it up so I could drain it.

Sound OK?

What would happen if I put in another 100cc?

If they are overfilled, the tighter "air spring" will blow the seals. Best thing to do is ride it "as is" (with the 220)...and if the front end is too spongy or has too much dive, add another 50 and see how they react. If they're still spongy with lots of dive, I'd add the last 50.
If they're too spongy and you add the fist 50 and they stiffen up horrible, drain some out.
It would be nice to have a spec on that particular bike but they sure look like every other USD China fork I've ever had.
