Quite the contrary. Most people do not act out like this. Sad that there are some that live everyday with a grudge.

I wonder what happened prier to the start of the video..
I think there is more to this than seen on the video...
doing a lap of the car at the intersection is not trying to
defuse the issue...

Some people just go out to find trouble or make trouble. We don't know what happened before he started the video tho. BUT that dude that flipped the bike was stout ! I know I couldn't flip a bike over like that.

A Hawk isn't that hard to flip or toss over.

Doing the "lap" seems like the best last option other than just stopping hoping not getting smashed by the car.
