I wonder what happened prier to the start of the video..
I think there is more to this than seen on the video... doing a lap of the car at the intersection is not trying to defuse the issue... ..

Some people just go out to find trouble or make trouble. We don't know what happened before he started the video tho. BUT that dude that flipped the bike was stout ! I know I couldn't flip a bike over like that.
