This is a good reliable place to order parts for the apollo 250. Just use PayPal at check out. It automatically converts to dollars. Well....I guess it converts to whatever currency you use.

Engines used to be plentiful on Ebay. I have not checked in years if they still are. But you can find them for $500 brand new at a few places.

Dream bike

Does anyone think a engine from the rps hawk would work? Especially an efi model, how cool would that be? Or at least a engine from a Honda crf230 or 250. Just fantasizing. With a little weld and fab work I'm sure one could make anything fit...

The Hawk engine should bolt up, it's a CG instead of a CB. CG has overhead valves and pushrods, cam by the bottom of the cylinder, while the CB is the OHC variant with a timing chain. The CRF230 should be very close if not drop right in, you'd need the right intake manifold for the carb to fit right in the Apollo frame. I haven't seen any of the EFI engines in person, I'm not sure how the intake is set up on those and if you can swap manifolds and all like with the carbs.
