Bull 200 rear skid plate
Was riding the other day on some new trail and high sided part of a ledge.Didn't think I had done anything until I started hearing a rubbing sound.Got back to the house and seen I had bent the rear axle hub protector on the chain side. It's just a thin gauge wing welded to the tube.I took a piece of pipe and a small sledge hammer and bent it back down. That definitely need's to be upgraded to some thicker metal.I'm going to have to look at it and see what could be done.Would at least like to see some 3/16" or thicker metal back there.
Might could weld some thicker pieces to the underside's of the wings to the tubes. |

That sounds like a good idea. I need to do that on my daughters UTV.

I don't know why they didn't at least make it the same thickness as what bolts it to the rear end. That's still not really thick enough. If you really wanted to do it right, just take the skid plate off and make one to bolt to the existing bolt holes.
