Lifan 200CC 163 FML Issues/Help

I bought a 163FML Lifan 200CC motor off ebay 3 years ago. Installed it in my Honda CB125 and followed the break in procedure for the first however many miles it was supposed to be (I think 100 or 150 miles?). Right at the end of that period when I was looking forward to finally opening it up, the engine started making a sound like the crank bearing or one of the transmission bearings was failing. I took off the side covers on either side thinking it was clutch related or something but all looked normal.

Rebuilt plenty of motorcycle motors but always with a maint. manual. Doesn't seem to be any floating around the internet. Can't seem to find any instances where people have had similar issues with this motor. Was planning on just buying a new one since they were so cheap but now it looks like they don't make the 200cc anymore, just the 250cc, not sure if the size of the motor is the same or not.

Anybody have any advice or want to buy my old motor off me for parts?

Is it pushrod or ohc?
