Check this out! Vitacci Pentora 250 sport quad

Folks I think we have a winner. Nice frame layout, Polaris hubs and rims, gas reservoir shocks, disc brakes all the way around, AND the Loncine OHC 250cc engine! So I'm assuming it's a 6 speed because it doesn't have reverse. That's alot of performance for the price. Don't know anything about the manufacturer though..

Edit: It has 4 forward gears and reverse. And appears to shift just like my FourTrax, reverse is one down from neutral.

The Loncin LC166FMM is a 5 speed but still a good find. Don't see CB250's in ATV's

Know anything about the manufacturer or parts availability? Sounds Italian to me.

Been watching videos on YouTube. The bike DOES have reverse and 4 forward gears. It's not a really big bike but it is mean, and sounds like a 200X. And from the vids it appears to have an impressive top speed. I'm not crazy about the choke assembly but the rest of the bike is really nice for the money. I think I'm gonna put one on layaway.

That's good to hear it has reverse. When you look up the engine number it comes up as a motorcycle engine with 5 speeds. It might sound like a 200x but doesn't run like one.

Watch some of the vids Jerry, it's definitely a sport bike and is alot quicker and sounds better than say a Rhino 250. And if I can find a cam.. it might be in 200X territory.

I was watching some of them last night. Yeah, it sounds pretty good. Do you have an old cam you can see if they match up? I may still have mine. The hot cam went with the bike when I sold it.
I had to laugh at the one with the chunky kid with his butt crack showing learning to ride.

Yeah the fat kid was pretty funny, poor fella looked scared to death lol.

On the cam no, I sold my last 200X 8yrs ago and all the parts went with it. But my buddy Tim Bobb has a speed shop over in Crooksville and both him and his assistant Walter are died in the wool 200X enthusiast. If I hauled the bike over there he would probably pull the cam for me and compare it to one of his stock cams that I know he's got laying on a shelf.

Some better pics, I'm gonna order one. They come in a few different color choices but I'm really liking the silver.

I don't think that you'll get an OHV to 200X levels, but if it is OHC and we're talking the 200X with the XR200 motor, it shouldn't be much different than modding an XR200/200X motor.

My bad, I meant overhead cam. It puts me in mind of the late 80s FourTrax 250X. It wasn't a big bike either and wasn't a top speed champ, but loads of fun.

Doh! pentora 250cc

ok . First thing, the Vitacci Pentora racing sport atv is not a 5 speed..It is a 4 speed with reverse. The engine is a Loncin CG250 with over head valves. It comes stock with a PZ30 carb. 33mm by 48mm. It can be upgraded to a PWK30 carb. To get it tuned you will probably have to rejet the carb. You can also change out the coil (for stronger spark) as well as the CDI, changing the CDI will allow you to change the rev points. When changing out the carb be sure to take Exact measurements of the mounting holes for the carb, sometimes it will be a little off from the new carb.

Grin pentora 250cc

I just had the 250cc Pentora sport ATV delivered Monday..Grey ..
I love it, Ihate the PZ30 carb , so I upgraded to a Nibbi PWK28, paired to a Nibbi manifold, K&N air filter, did a PAIR delete, got rid of the weak headlight bulb and went with LEDs, added a 12 inch Nilight bar up front. next on the list is chain and sprokets. CDI, and coil. I can not romp on it yet still breaking it in . I am using Royal Purple break in oil for the first 10 hours then going full synthetic.
If anyone out there is thinking of getting one, get it , you will not be disappointed. easy to mod. Back to the PZ30, it only had an idle adjustment screw and that's it. the rest of the screws were blanked off. so bye bye POS30.
I will post again to let you all know how everything shakes out.
So much for the warranty huh?
The engine is a Loncine, 239cc, OHV, 4 speed with reverse.it comes with a small skid plate under the engine. adjustable gas shocks front and rear. gel battery.
I put it together, does not come with instructions, but it was easy to assemble. t
tires, heel guards, handle bar, rear rack ,front bumper really not much to it. not worth the 300-400 bucks the dealer wanted to charge.
