Lost key to my xpect

So I seem to have misplaced my key for my xpect some time ago and now I'm really wanting to ride it but can't find that key any were. How would I go about replacing it would lifan be able to send me a new key. I'd swap the ignition cylinder out but my gas cap is locking so I'd need to get it open eventually to put gas in it.

Yikes, what a dilemma! I got 2 keys with the Bashan and put one in the safe. Let us know how/if you rectified this so the rest of us can take precautions.

So I ended up ordering a lock set from txpower sports for the xpext for $100 kinda pricey but to get a lock Smith to make a new key would have cost about the same.

Was that with the matching gas-cap? Or are you just going to drill out the tumblers?

Honestly I'm not sure if it comes with a gas cap it better for what it cost i forgot to ask. or if it's just the locks and I have to drill my old one out.

I hope so that save me some work. Being a China bike I can't imagine there are that many different key combinations for this bike.

Just wanted to pipe in here. It comes with two keys. Did you forget where you put both of them?

I lost one of my keys, so I went to find the other one. When I got to the bike, there was my key in the ignition.

I got the new key set last night they came surprisingly fast. unfortunately the new keys don't fit the old locks. so I'll have to swap everything out but it dose come with a new fule cap two keys and ignition.
