I had a Cocker Spaniel that was the same way. She here the ATV crank up and was ready to run. Sometimes i would take my bicycle and she would pull me faster than i liked. I would literally have to ride the brake to slow her down.

This collie was the same way whenever I would take her jogging, always trying to pull faster than I could run. Thankfully my chapanese motorcycle isn't so easily outpaced!
