2022 Xpro Titan 250 DLX in Ohio

Hello to all! Just found your sight yesterday and liked what I seen. Nice helpful enjoyable discussions. I've rode about 45 yrears now on and offroad. Just recd a Xpro Titan 250 DLX . DB-XB88 model. This one is blue with black plastic. Very classy I think. Bought on Xprousa website with free shipping(?) for $1699. Ordered April 29th and recd. today May 4. Not bad turn around. The bike actually came from Powersportsmax in Texas.?
Must have filled the order for Xprousa but my bike is not available on the Powrsportsmax website? Anywho, The bike arrived in perfect condition via R&L trucking with nary a scratch to frown about. (At least not yet, lol). Bike appears complete and eager to please me soon. I just have to figure how to get up on it easily since I am 5' 8". Thank you for all the tweek advice I have already researched here. Good stuff. I plan to change oil before startup as well as jet change to 110 main in carb and also to check the valve lash as well. Will keep you posted on progress if you want. Cheers. Oh,, the bike also came with a 520 chain already installed, so nice surprise. (428 indicated on website). Ok, now Cheers!

Congrats! Post up some pics.. Yea this bike is a super steal and loads of fun. I suggest to keep it geared as is and just live with a top speed of 65mph corrected.. use it for what its best at, offroad trails, hill climbs, gravel roads, intermittent street, etc and you will not be disappointed.
P.S. you are probably one of the few lucky ones that got one delivered in perfect condition, most of us had our share of patina before the first mile.

Thanks for welcome. So I finished the bike, but yep, when I began to pour fuel in the tank it immediately began to drip around the fuel petcock. Investigation showed bolt stripped in embedded nut. I could not get the bolt out so I drained and dryed the tank, and heated the bolt a little to realease the spinning nut. That worked and the problem found was a miss drilled petcock hole so the oring around the petcock filter could not seal. Sorry no pics of that. I placed a washer around the hole and heated it with a hot bolt so it melted into the plastic to give me a new sealing surface for the o-ring. Then I melted the nut back in its place. I used sealer around the washer just in case so hope this works for a while until I get the new fuel tank. Xprousa seemed to be on the ball and also e-mailed me that the parts dept had received need. So fingers crossed. So far no drips sitting overnight. Bike seems to run well. Performed all the above mentioned operations, so now I just need to ride a while. Hesitates a little with quick off idle blip so will richen screw a little? That about it for now. Cheers!

So wanted you all to know when I received my Titan 250 dlx it came with in the crate an origin title that stated it as a dirt bike. However, a few days later I recvd. in the mail a second bike origin thingy that stated it as a motorcycle. So thats the one I'll be taking to the title company. Don't know if this is something new or is this is what xprousa always does? Cheers.

XPro is a brand of Powersportsmax. They have some proprietary bikes, such as the Titan and Templar X that are only available via Powersportsmax or XPro, as well as slightly rebadged bikes like the 'Xpro Hawk 250' which is the same RPS Hawk but in special graphics and maybe some features they only carry with the Hawks as well as the 'Xpro Vader 125'. There are 2 Titans shown on the Powersportsmax website under 'Motorcycle'.

Also, they seem to offer better deals on the Xpro site, such as a lower cost overall than on the Powersportsmax site (you paid $1699, but the Powersportsmax site has them at $1599 plus $300 shipping)

Thanks yes. My particular model was not on the Powesportsmax site, (Blue paint with black plastic instead of white plastic); so I went with the xprousa site instead. By the way, I am to reiceive my new fuel tank today or tomorrow. I think that's pretty good turnaround for a warranty claim . Cheers.

Update: I received a fuel petcock from xpro. I need a new gas tank as mentioned above. So I got in touch with them again and they said they would send me the gas tank right away. So fingers crossed. Meanwhile my tank repair is holding and I am riding everyday as time allows. Cheers
