shock preload adjustment tool

I have a Tao Tao raptor and don't have it with me right now to check size, but it's the same as a Bull rear shock. Anyway, I'd like to order a pre load adjustment tool so I can adjust the shock next time I'm at the other home. Not sure what I need to buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A large channel lock pliers works.
