Tao Parts Direct would probably be the best source. You may have to contact them as it doesn't show up on their website parts list. https://www.taotaopartsdirect.com/

Otherwise, the TBR7, Hawk, and CSC TT250 pretty much use the same size rear axle. M14 x 1.5 x 277-280mm
