Like so...

.

My thoughts exactly. i went out and bought some small files, but the holes are smaller than the smallest file. I'll do it the old fashion way, somehow. If this works, and it should and I have 2 (of the same) quads, I'll try and find an electric start pit bike wiring without lights that has the 1 wire pick-up coil and do a hole conversion on it Those are $30 (ish) on Amazon all day long, stator included. It's just a race harness for a (cheap) quad that needs no lights on the cheap. I really want to make this work, I like those little quads a lot and the have potential.

I can't explain how a bunch of "oldish" guys, I'm almost 50 (and some young ones) like to race cheap, slow(ish) quads and enjoy it so much.

Thank you for all your help. I'll see what can be done today.

TORKER.
