Laughing Nibbi Pwk jets

Hello, I bought a boom Vader 125 from my uncle and I’m putting it all back together now, well yesterday I put the brand new Nibbi pwk26 on and fired her up. And it was running super rich so I installed the smallest pilot jet I had witch is a #30 and it is still pretty rich. So I started looking online and #30 is the smallest jet I can find for a Nibbi., but I found some Mikuni jets that go much smaller, and they look really similar would they work in the Nibbi??

Any idea where I can get pilots smaller than #30 for a Nibbi because I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find any. Edit: do you think if I put a smaller Main if it would lean it out at idle?

Honestly my uncle was the one tuning it, we started to get it close but at that point it was 10pm and my exhaust was right next to my neighbors window so we called it a night. Haven’t messed with it today yet, I just figured it would be a lot easier if we just threw maybe a #25 jet in and see what happens

Ok I went out and messed with it again, so I leaned everything to the max and it’s still running super rich and dies unless given throttle. I see people on YouTube running the 26mm carb on boom vaders (125cc) I live in Toledo Ohio, recommend jet sizes??? Any help is appreciated thanks

Just out of curiosity, what made you choose the PWK style carb over the PE style? IMO, the PWK has always been a very finicky carb to fine-tune, the PE style is much more tuner-friendly and preferred on the horizontal engines.

It’s what my uncle already bought and it was brand new so I used it over the crappy stock carb
