Tbr 7 rear tire question

Hey yall. Been researching options for new street tires for my 2023 tbr7. Was going to tubeless convert the rims with caulking and gorilla tape. But when I look online for tires, specifically shinkos, they list a recommended rim size. Some other brands such as Michelin dont mention it at all on their site. Rim is currently a 2.15x17. Tire currently mounted is 130/70-17 tube type. But the question overall is does the recommended rim size matter when putting on tubeless tires? I know you can just shove a tube in and itll be fine, just prefer tubeless for the easy patch jobs.

For refference, I found similiar tires from shinko
Shinko 712 130/90-17 rim size 2.50-3.50
Shinko sr740 130/70-17 rim size 3.00-4.00
(as well as the 110-80-17 rim size 2.15-3.00 which will fit the current rim)

Also did find a good front tire should anybody want it
Shinko 611 MM90-19 (rim size 1.85-2.15)

I do ride very aggressively in corners, some times drifting for grip (sumo life). Just not entirely sure if it would affect my ability to corner and add a risk of debeading the tire if I went with a tire rated for a larger rim.

EDIT: There is also Kenda K671 which is available in both 130/70-17 and 100/90-19 for those that prefer to have matching tires

EDIT 2: Just went ahead and stuck tubes inside them. Didnt necessarily feel unstable, the tires would bend more than normal under cornering pressure. Just kinda felt off if yall know what I mean. Tubes inside feel just like a normal tire to me now.
