Bashan Storm 2014 not idling or starting without starter fluid

Okay so far I've:
Replaced the battery I had for a brand new one that's at the right voltage.
Replaced the dying starter relay.
Adjusted the valves.
Cleaned the carb.
Tuned the carb.
Replaced the fuel lines.

The bike isn't running more then a sputter after some starting fluid is sprayed into the carb hole. It won't even attempt to idle right now. What the hell could be the issue? Really stumped right now.

spark, fuel or compression...

Seems you adjusted all 3 variables...so now you have to recheck all 3 variables...

If it's a Chinese plug, that may well be your problem, or at least one of them. Definitely replace any Chinese spark plug with an NGK.

+1 on re-check everything. You may have made the problem worse with an incorrect carb or valve adjustment, compounding the bad spark plug problem. Also check all electrical connections in case one might be loose.

I just adjusted the valves back to stock. Carb was tuned as it was before when it was idling.

That's the thing. It's a Denso plug. All electrical connections are secure. Double checked that the other day already because this bike has gremlins in its electric.

I’m looking at your list of what you have done to your 2024 bike. Thinking out loud here, I don’t understand why all the things you had to do, to such a new bike? This to me sounds like bad fuel and or pet cock valve in the wrong position. Again just my thoughts

Well that threw us off. Your title says 2024. (I don't typically read people's sigs.) So after ten years it could have some faulty electrical parts.

How mechanically capable are you? Not meaning to be insulting, just not taking anything for granted. When you say cleaned carb, do you mean complete disassembly and making sure jets and emulsion tube are unclogged? And are you familiar with how to properly adjust valves using the timing marks, with the correct TDC (there are two TDCs since it's a four-stroke)?

You can fix the title of your post. Open the top post and go advanced. You should be able to fix the 2024 to 2014. If not, ask a moderator. I was puzzled as well.

On the bike, my guess is that the carb is not quite there. Maybe I am wrong.

If it hits on the fluid, you got spark. If you have gas coming out of your petcock and the floats not stuck shut, it should fire. What's the float level set at?
