"2 Pin Universal Electronic Flasher" is what to ask the auto parts clerk for. Tell him it's for a 12 volt Chinese motorcycle. (and check out the look he gives you) It's about $10 US.

You will have to modify the motorcycle wire harness to adapt the new flasher, because the harness has 6 connectors, only two of which are used.

I can give more details if you go this route.

First, check all the electrical connectors that you can see, especially the ones under the seat. Look for loose connections and corrosion.

And, buy a multimeter, because you WILL need it eventually

Let us know,

I got a DOT Tridon it has 2 PRONGS in a 90 degree angle.no mod needed, I just zip tied it to the frame... it is a standard flasher they sell at Canadian Tire up in CANADA!
Anything with 2 prongs shown like the flashers in this pic should work!

Just a though. On my 2008 Lifan LF200-GY5, if my tail light is not working my blinkers blink/sound slower then usual. If that is the problem check both filaments on the bulb and the connections under the seat. If it still does not work it might be in your key switch( that is where my problem is.)

I had problems with my signals.blinking too fast too slow and eventually not blinking at all....had the Tridon on for at least more than a couple months and have had no problems since, the flasher relay on these bikes suck pretty bad and are cheap and easy to replace, I would be suprised if thats not the problem, providing the battery, fuses and everything else electrical works fine, but you should check everything out although I think you will soon need to change the flasher relay anyways! good luck...keep us posted!

This is the electronic flasher from Advance Auto:

This is the modification to the wiring harness.

The Black and the Grey wires are what I needed to extract from the 6 wire connector:

This is the best way to splice the wires: Note the wires removed from the main harness.

This is where I mounted the flasher:

Good luck,

You might check to make sure that all the flasher bulbs are the same. It has happened to me that 1 bulb was different and the flashing was very slow. It's not very likely but might be worth a check. I'm No PRO.
