Need Help!!!!

My sons 50cc(I think) baja motorsports won't crank. I've kicked it till I'm blue in the face. It pours gas out the vent tube when you pull up the choke. I haven't checked for spark because I can't kick it and hold a screwdriver near the frame at the same time. Any suggestions?

Take the plug out, stick it in the plug cap and let the plug lay on the engine and kick it over. There should only be spark between the main & ground electrodes only. If the spark spatters the plug is fouled.

The choke has nothing to do with the carburetor dumping fuel out the of a "vent tube? What "vent tube" are you talking about?

I think that thing needs a 125 put it.

Also check to make sure the float isn't stuck. Check the oil for gas too.

There's a tube coming from the bottom of the carb, it usually doesn't come from there unless he drops it on it's side.

I think the bowl is over filling. Float might not be shutting off the flow when the gas reaches the proper height?

Avoid vaque thread titles

When creating a new thread use an appropriately descriptive title. For example:

Good: How do you adjust the clutch cable on a 2005 LF200GY-2?
Good: Carburetor tuning instructions for LF200GY-5

Bad: clutch problems
Bad: bike won't start

It's in the rule, that Frostbite posted.
