I had a truck that gave me nothing but trouble, I sold it and the person never had any trouble aferwards......Yes I think it could be cursed. It's looking for it's rightful owner.

CHIT !!! Cant believe the bike has been trashed yet again, it was in IMMACULATE condition when it left my hands :( . Doc's wreck was not all his fault, but I'm pretty sure this person was just very inexperienced. Needless to say, I guess the damn thing is cursed. Maybe it's sad and lashing out at others, as it feels I abandoned it after all I did for it .

I tried to buy it, but the importation process slowed me down before another buyer came along.

I would've given it a good home.

Glad you're still around, DR.

Sorry you had to hear that. :(

FWIW, I made it nearly perfect after my crash. Only one scratch did not buff out all the way, some touch up paint where needed on the frame, new handlebars and it was 99% perfect again. 8)

Sounds like minor, and the same damage to the machine so it will be fine again, although I suggested a new side panel on the right.

Also, I was able to buy a Kawasaki 250 quad with the sale of the Death Zong so I was happy, but sad for the kid, and his cousin with the 2 broken bones in the wrist.

It was not the kid I sold it to who biffed but his genius cousin.

You would have given it a very good home, indeed. Perhaps you will still join The Cult of the Zong, WG. Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated.

Not just a Zongite. He did some of the best cucstom work I've seen in a long time. He build a marvelous machine.

I enjoyed the several miles I rode the Zong and think it is an excellent machine. Interestingly I had a Yamaha TW for a year or so back when I lived in the PRK. I bought it for the wife to learn how to ride on.

Alas, both the wife and the Yamaha are both gone.

One I got paid for, the other cost me a half a million dollars.

Both women and bikes are expensive, The bikes cost a lot to keep in tip top shape, And the women get expensive when they get bent out of shape.

Perhaps so, but I still think the bikes are much less expensive.

Indeed! Vigorous exercise, and a little "throttle therapy" help me enormously to relieve stress. My Zong is the best, least expensive therapy I can imagine. Fish, I pray your new Zong will refresh your soul, as well as save you money.
