Kymco model w/ i means "electronic fuel injection" Unlike good old carb model u can't tune it unless rewrite data (PiTA & costs $$$) to it.
The 1st thing u can do is check the valve clearance. Next is check the belt's condition...
Doh. I had to look it up. I was thinking of a different moto.
