CF650 Coolant Leak
Well I came across the first little issue so far with the CF. was just checking her over and noticed some coolant in the belly pan. Doesn't look like I've lost much and it seems to have come from the join between the coolant hose and the pump on the right side of the engine. The jubilee clip wasn't very tight so I've tightened it right up, hopefully that will fix it, am guessing maybe the clip just vibrated loose...

It may not have been very tight from the factory. Hopefully that is all it needed.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad your bike is continuing to run well.
Have you mentioned this problem to the dealer?

Not spoken to the dealer, I've got nearly 800 miles on the clock so I'll need to put it in for its 1k service soon anyway. I'll mention it to him then. I was thinking if the hoses/clips are not great quality I can get silicone hoses and stainless fixings for less than £30 so I might just swap them out as a preventative measure.

No leaks this morning after tightening the clamps, now to see if she leaks when I ride her later and the system is pressured up...
