Kymco KTM 150 FI
I don't know if, or when, it is coming to North America. However, Kymco is manufacturing a 150cc, fuel injected steet bike.

I think 150cc is too small to sell well as a streetbike in the US. I consider the bottom end for travel here to be 250cc, 200cc if it's particulary powerful, such as the KTM (which is not available in the US).
It's interesting though how EFI is becoming the new standard, across the board and range of prices. I like that. Kind of like ABS is now. Remember it started only in cars like Ferrari and Corvette. Now all cars have it, I believe.

I'm guessing that FI is in response to worldwide clean air initiatives. It's easier to control an engine with FI than with a carb, but it won't necessarily make as much power.

We do have the SYM Wolf Classic 150 which looks similar, but no fuel injection. They advertise 14.79 hp which is more than most Chinese 200s, and being Taiwanese and $3k, I believe them

Kymco is based in Taiwain, and makes excellent products. I owned an Arctic Cat, 2x4 ATV which was manufactured by Kymco; it was an wonderful little quad.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Kymco vehicle. I'm sure this KTM 150 FI is a very good motorcycle, and meets all of Kymco's specifications.
