Polisport headlight mounting help!

Ok. I got the rubber bands strapped to the forks. Any trick or tip to get the mount tabs through the holes on the light? The tabs are super fat and I can't figure out how to get them through.

i would mount them on the light first myself... then wrap em around the forks...

I agree. My Baja Designs headlight was delivered with the mounting straps attached to the headlight. I never have any trouble removing, or installing the headlight with the straps attached. Good luck.

You guys are spot on with the straps! Now, I popped the dust cap on the bulb. Here's my diagram on how to wire it to the bird.
