Identify parts

Hi, I bought a second hand quad for my son which was pretty neglected. I pulled it apart to tidy it all up and now I have these two separate parts left over I don't know where and if they belong anywhere.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Its a 125cc model QW ATV

I'm almost sure that is a cabinet fastener, like from a piece of furniture from Ikea.
