Thanks for reporting the speedy service. You're right; not everyone has had service like that.

l second the props to apscusa.com.

great price on the hawk twinpak.

in spite of a blizzard my delivery arrived in a reasonable time. Tracking with the yrc freight app was great and helped quell my impatience. Don and Greg were both always willing to spend as much time on the phone answering questions before and after the sale.

Got the paperwork 5 days after receiving my crates and will hit the DC mva tomorrow morning. I'll report back on how it goes.

It seemed like as soon as you ordered your twin pack of bikes, they were at your door within a day or two (I know, not that soon, but it was quick from what I remember, and with the snowstorm and all that!).

I don't know if I should start a new thread for APSCUSA, but we recently just ordered a two pack of Hawks and their customer service is phenomenal! Not only did I have a 100 question's (A bit O.C.D. about researching and learning about stuff), but every time I had a question my brother would call the Rep. and that agent would take his time and talk about everything we inquired. They are not only very helpful and kind, but of course there is more of my bad luck to occur. We got the bike ships from the distributor very quickly and we emailed APSCUSA our VIN's and they again very promptly sent us all of the required paperwork. My brother took his to DMV here in N.Y. and got his registered late on a Friday afternoon as a street legal motorcycle. I on the other hand was at work, so I had to wait to register mine. What happens you wonder? I lost my paperwork (must have thrown it out accidentally), so he emailed APSCUSA and two days letter respond with they will send out the paperwork again. They have a $30 fee that is required for this standardly, but as I stated previously that my brother spoke to him countless times for approximately 2 hours worth of phone time easily, they waived the fee this one time. They may not waive the fee for everyone, but if you are wondering what company to order from - APSCUSA.com is amazing!!!

On Wednesday night I ordered an Apollo 37/007 125cc from APSCUSA for my son's birthday. It seems like APSCUSA's price on the bike was about lowest around but I chose to order from them because of the good reviews from you guys here. Thanks to you guys for taking the time to post these.

I'm very close on pulling the trigger on ordering an ATV for my Grandson and a Hawk for me from them. I have a question, though. Does the stuff get delivered right to my door or do have I have to designate a local dock or something?

As a side note, both Culcune and Barlow gave me advice on the purchase. I chose the Hawk over the Bashan and Barlow's suggestion of Superior Powersports was good advice but they don't carry the Hawk. Same with Culcune's advice of calling Excalibur. They would give me a good price on a Taotao but don't carry the Hawk either. I really only wanted to deal with one supplier in case something does awry.

Thanks to both of you.

I picked up my son's dirt bike this afternoon from the freight depot, and got it put together this evening. Tomorrow we'll change the oil and start breaking it in.

So, I ordered from APSCUSA last Wednesday late in the evening and it was at the depot for pick up today. That's pretty good. I specified home delivery but when I got bill of lading in my email it was going to local freight depot - kind of annoying since no one from freight company notified me - good thing I have an suv big enough to pick up. But free shipping and pretty uneventful, no drama transaction, I'm pretty happy and I have a ridiculously over the top excited young buck here with all his buddies gathering to take a look and make riding plans. I'd do business with APSCUSA again no problem. I'm hoping to get myself a 250cc enduro some time in the near future to go riding with little man.
