Hawk Carb Set Up

I got the new carb yesteday. I got the 115/30 jets installed. As I'm a complete newb to proper carb setup, I have a couple questions.

first...what should this screw be set to? I believe I read 1.5 turns? it was about 3 when I got it. I screwed it in snug and then turned it back out to 1.5. sound right?
