Multiple T-Force Oil Leaks

I bought son a Tforce for Christmas and now noticing 2 sets of oil leaks (1 clear/1 dark) on the garage floor. I cleaned up and set on cardboard. Appears to be clearer oil leaking from Forward/Reverse lever seal area AND I have a darker oil dripping as well from center area under engine. Anyone know if this is a common issue and what seals are culprit. It's still under warranty but was looking for some heads up to tell local Tao dealer I purchased from. Thanks in advance.
