Quiet performance exhaust ?

I see that everyone uses the $99.00 Ebay system but from the videos, the sound
level varies from film to film. The one I watched recently was from CSC150man and that was loud and obnoxious. I don’t know what system he used but it is definitely not what I want. I want something that improves performance but with a slightly louder but mellow sound. Any suggestions ?

Decat and debaffle the stock exhaust.

Or, buy the ebay system, then toss on any number of chinese made 38mm inlet mufflers with a removable "db killer."

Honestly, the ebay exhaust isn't super loud. Not quiet either, but at light throttle I can creep up to my house with nobody knowing I have done so, which is more than can be said of my VFR with it's two brothers exhaust.
