https://www.ebay.com/itm/332287570918?rmvSB=true

contact them and mention all you need is half of this.
done 6 already.....high $ but works....
you will need the half of kit that is the license plate with studs, as this kit is in two pieces anyways.
no hardware packet needed. this half was needed 49.99. or buy this 79.99 and use half....
turn your tail light upside down from stock(this is weird bc now the 'dot' engraving is right side up). use 1/4" spacers underneath it
to pull it off tail light. will need to cut plastic on trim just above taillight under seat, bc pointy tail light pushes upward onto trim now. reuse stock tags illumination by cutting off mounting studs on it down
flush to the housing carrier then mount it to new fender eliminator with screws and washers. will need to drill small holes for the new screws to use to not crack housing.

Out of curiosity, have you been flagged down for not having a light to illuminate the plate? I know that's a thing here that people get pulled over for so my zip-tie method had to include putting the plate light back on.

Not a bad idea, I'll have to try this on the hellcat, since I haven't done the fender delete on it yet. Thanks for the tip!

I have never been harassed about a lack of light for the plate. I have had a plate light that I bought years ago sitting on the shelf waiting for the first time I get popped lol.
