In Other Employment News

Just to share a little good news..... I made the trip down to our retirement folks yesterday for a sit down with a counselor. It seems there's actually a little light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in my life.
Bottom line is that I get paid once a month...and I have 34 more paychecks to go. It sure felt good to see that in black and white.
You watch, Swampy will surely beat me out the door. Ba$tard......

Congrats 2LZ! Always good to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

And you are correct, it appears you will have 23 more paychecks to go when my skinny butt slides out this door for good.

A coworker of mine used to say that he was looking forward to freedom 75 or his first heart attack.

Believe me, I'm doing my best to avoid that. Just ask the 17 pills I take a day! ;-)
