Bull 150...still no spark.

Gents,

I have replaced my ignition coil, CDI, stator, and spark plug, and I still have no spark. I've tested everything with a multimeter and it is all within spec. I have no idea where to go from here.

Any ideas?

Check the kill switch for short or that it's not on.

Would it still turn over if it's the kill switch? I'm just curious. I'm not familiar with these Chinese bikes.

Yes it will still crank.

Try disconnecting the kill switch and see it fires up. Also check all grounds connection are good.

It was the CDI. I replaced it with a stock brand new one and it fired right up. I had already put a brand new racing CD in there and it was brand new right out-of-the-box. Was defective from the factory!

Lesson learned: Multi-meter test all new parts.

No problem. Bashan has a few that are 49 state legal . The Enforce is pretty much the same bike with a few upgrades.
