Help Me Read My Plug

First 25 miles on my Hawk after heat cycling a few times and then riding about 12 miles on two short trips. Mikuni clone, 115 main, 25 pilot, pod filter, eBay performance exhaust. It seems like it may be to rich. I have cheapo jets in the carb. I will order some genuine Mikunis from jets r us. Any thought are welcomed and appreciated.
Running 90 Octane non ethanol fuel

Running 90 Octane non ethanol fuel
Too soon to tell. If you are riding in suburban neighborhoods with a fresh engine, it's about what I'd expect. If you ran it at highway speeds at 3/4 throttle, or less, try dropping the needle one notch (raise the c-clip one notch). Then clean the plug with brake cleaner or carb cleaner and ride a hundred miles, 160 kms, normal for your riding and check it again...ARH

OK, Thanks. Its definitely carbon soot. Its not oil.
