Helicopter using Chinese motorcycle engine

I have an old TMEC 200 (OEM by Zongshen) enduro engine sitting around; wonder if I can make a helicopter??

Dude is wearing an old styrofoam bicycle helmet for some unknown reason ,and when the rotors are turning the thing sounds like an old donkey cart with a bad wheel .I like it !

Looks totally legit to me. I am sure he will live a long and prosperous life when he shows the world he can fly that magnificent helicopter at 10,000 feet and 200 mph

I would use the Zong engine to power a pusher prop on a gyrocopter or ultralight. Both are easier to fly and more reliable than a helicopter, IMHO.

I am concidering my options of building an air boat or a hovercraft so I can safely get to my camp during freeze up and thaw ,now I have to wonder if I should just build my own flying donkey cart instead .

I wanna see it fly! It's good to see that he's taking safety serious with that cool helmet. that should help a lot when he falls from, say, 100 feet.

Any one of those will be more useful than a handmade helicopter, in Africa.

I am actually probably going to donate it to the local Live Steamer train group in Yuma. However, I would prefer it went to a good home if someone wanted to take it, but it would involve picking it up in Yuma, AZ.

This might be the one where he actually gets air and crashes; they have it mis-titled as 'Nigerian' not Ugandan if it is the one.

Thank you that is it ! There are tears running down my face from laughing at this poor guy as he comes back to earth and joins the rodeo ,and I have already watched it probably 10 times today .I think he forgot to install an engine kill switch ,and he went for the “Easy Button “ install instead .Priceless !
