QLink X-Ranger headlight bulb
Mine burnt out the low beam and when I looked around for a replacement I found out it's a special order, costs like 20 bucks, and is only 35 watts!
So... I noticed that the bulb socket had a flange that looked a lot like a standard automotive bulb. Bought a halogen bulb and the female electrical connector from my local discount auto parts store and badabing badaboom. I think the bike is much safer with this brighter bulb also. George |

![]() Here you go. The only thing I've done since the picture is to replace the butt splices with heat shrink ones. The tabs of the new bulb don't fit down into the slots on the back of the reflector and I was going to cut them out so that it would but.... I found that it works fine just like it is. George |

It's a 9003 bulb and 55 watts low beam and 60 watts high beam.

all of you Lifan owner beware i did the same thing to my gy-5. not a good idea. the X-Ranger has a metal headlamp, whereas my gy-5 has a plastic one. the extra heat from the 9003 bulb will milt your headlamp houseing and weakin your fairing. i just got all the parts to fix mine about $60-$70.

I am in agreement with the 45w being about max for the stator to handle.
I have a plastic housing too. Allen
