Tagged and ready ride some more..But still not running right

Although I have put 75 miles on it ....It still is bogging at half throttle..

I have adjusted the carb air gas mixture from one end to the other of the spectrum...

I called Scooter Dynasty(where I bought bike) and they are sending me another carb tomorrow..

I cant stand it

I can get it up to 43 MPH and it just bogs at anymore throttle...

Cant really tach it up on start off.. I was riding today and it was very windy the wind was blowing towards me and a car was behind me.... I was fighting to keep it at speed....

It aint even running right and I am having a blast..

It has a Walbro carb....The mix screw is on the bottom of carb and it is a pain to get to... I have banged up knuckles and burnt up hands...

Here, look at this SITE I'm to tired right now to explain it but here looks to be some useful info.

But in a nutshell if its bogging at mid to WOT then that air mixture screw wont be of much help since that helps in about the first 1/4 throttle.

You may just have something in the carb blocking the main jet partially.

I like your aditude though this says it all.

Yup, that's a main jet issue for sure. Take it out and when it starts to do the bogging thing, shut it right off, pull over and pull the spark plug. If it's white, you have one of 2 problems. Either a plugged main jet, or an air leak somewhere.

Have 90 miles on it...

Fuel not running fast enough from tank...My new breather on my bike was defective and did not allow any air...mabey yours is just restricting...
Fuel line kinked?
How about removing jet and inspecting???My quad had a weed seed that sucked up into the fuel circuit and restricted me at about 4000 rpm... bike would idle , take off then cough...sputter...idle just great again...

Good luck.
