Bought a lifan X-pect

after a real hard time making up my mind between a bashan storm and the xpectI chose the Xpect. Main reasons, fuel injection, looks more refined, much better warenty . Also realy looked into these guys and I like to think its a step up from many others out there.Spoke with American Lifan and they answered all my questions about parts/service said they have had very little to no trouble with the EFI. To be delivered early march I will let you know. thanks

Congrats! I have been eyeballing the X-Pect 200 and even with the standard forks and rear drum, I am still interested in the bike. Lifan was THE Hawk here on Chinariders back in the mid-2000s, and it was probably the first Chinese bike that had EPA/DOT certification for the street (a big deal in states that required it vs. bikes certified EPA-only as off-road motorcycles). I was happy to see them coming back to the US market a few short years ago, and was very excited to see what their enduro was like.
