I would be looking at either a leak from the head gasket from the oil supply to the head into the cylinder, maybe really bad valve stem seals, or your rings. Not that many places or ways for oil to get in.

Either that, or you have a jerk for a friend who filled your muffler with WD40. Not that I have any experience ever doing that to a buddy of mine... but it's possible.

If compression is good, I'd suspect head gasket or valve seal as Dan says.

One thing maybe worth checking is the air filter, see if it got oil soaked by chance.

So i will leave this post up for anyone needing help, i couldnt find zongshen piston rings but the engine is apperently a honda replica so i used original honda piston rings, also changed the valve seals while i was at it, had to reuse gasket because i couldnt find any that would deliver in less than 30 days, the bike doesnt smoke at all, runs like a jap, compression tested at 170psi / 12 bar (250cc). i should mention the piston and cylinder looked brand new, they were white as hell, werent black and burned from use, measurements were 100% good, whoever put the rings used wrong ones i suspect.
