Body kit for boom bd125-8 2018

Hi,

Maybe someone knows from where can i order full body to my grome clone boom bd125-8 from 2017? I check amazon, ebay, a few other websides and nothing yet. Or it is body from grome msx125 from will be compatible with my clone?

Call Pete at Kronik Racing. His shop is in the greater L.A. metropolitan region and goes to Baodiao/Boom's headquarters all the time. I understand that the Grom body panels might fit as well, so perhaps if you want to go that route, wait to hear from someone if that is true or not.

Grom body panels will work, with two rules.You have to order the correct " Generation" ,and if you want to run Grom panels you pretty much have to order a full, complete set of plastics, the locking tabs tend not to match locations and so you cant really " mix and match " well .The OG Grom is 2104 - 15 , the Gen 2 is 2016 up i think, but you can Google them to verify that , the Gen 1 "might " have gone to 2016. Compare the image to the bodywork on your Model . The plastics kits used to be fairly reasonable but last time i checked they had got pretty damn pricey, i dont know why. Good luck ,and yeah maybe Kronik can help you, i tried for the longest to get a set of Gen 2 Vader plastics in the metalflake blue from 2018 Models from Venom but never got anywhere .

To change body on that bike to Grom style plastics you will need a full plastic set, including the under seat plastic, a new battery, seat, and gas tank.
