If you can be more specific about what parts it is you need we can be a lot more help, the engine is common to a awful lot of Chinese Bikes so that shouldnt be a problem , the frame is same as Moto-X and KAYO ,some GPX parts will also fit. The plastics will swap out with 2014 / 15 KTM 250 SF-X .

So, if this dont get you started let us know exactly what it is you need to find, also Joe Henner Motorsports on FaceBook specializes in RXB 250's , he can get a lot of parts for the RXB's as well.

New development, KTM plastics 13-15 do not fit on the X-Pro titan 250. not a single piece. if anyone has a link to a new set of plastics other than Orion please let me know.

Thanks

I can confirm that they do not. 2021 and up, and my RXB is indeed a 2021, the design of the plastics is different. The tank and the seat are also different, which means that the previous trick of expanding the fuel tank with a KTM SX-F tank is also no longer possible.

I have not found anything in my travels that is compatible, and believe me I have tried.

The actual manufacturer of the Orion 250's is Nicot Motorcycle, which is also what is printed on the certificate of origin. Orion private labels these. Nicot does not appear to sell parts retail, but you may have some luck hassling them via email, who knows.

As others have mentioned, all depends on what year RXB you have and the parts you need. I’ve got a decent cross reference going for the ‘19-‘20, but my gut tells me you have a newer model.

Also interested what has you ready to sue Orion.
