Pit Bike Fork Swap Options
So I have the bike in the attached article and the forks have since gone bad from rust and broken fork seals due to the lack of maintenance the previous owner did (or I guess didn’t do). I was wondering if I could just swap the forks out for something else? What are the things to look for in a swap? There’s a guy near me doing a Boom Vader part out, could I use those forks (if they’re in good condition at least)? I’m somewhat on a budget so more cost effective options would be appreciated

those forks are on amazon and ebay for pretty cheap. How cost effective are you trying to be?
If you want to keep the original triple tree, you need the diameter of the upper and lower part of the vader fork tubes to see if they'll fit in your original triple tree. |
