Part the fell off bike?

I found this part sitting under my ssr rowdy 150cc scooter. I had trailered it to a friend's farm for the weekend and noticed this piece laying on the trailer
on the way home for gas. This may not even be for the bike fwiw. Just want to pick everyone's brain here on it.

I'd wager you are correct! I bet it's off the little cj70 minitrail clone I had on the trailer earlier this week.

I see a similiar or exact part on it's seat. I bet he wonders why his seats flopping around.

My ct70 clone is at the in laws or I'd check it.
